Neora is positioned for continued growth both domestically and internationally. Neora is based in Dallas, Texas with the basic functional areas including a call center in the corporate office. We also have entities established in Canada, Mexico, Colombia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand.
The Position
We are looking for a well-organized, self-starting commission analyst that will be a critical part of our Finance team. The ideal candidate is detailed and service oriented with strong accounting and math skills. Essential tasks include preparing and processing commissions for payment. If you have strong analytical skills, are exceptionally well organized and accurate, detail oriented with great communication skills and would enjoy working as part of a great team, we would love to hear from you.
Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of Position
- Commissions preparation and processing
- Production reporting and analytics
- Commission discrepancy resolution
- Field and answer questions relating to commissions
- System functionality research
- Liaison between departments, other team members, and vendors
- Research and understand the commission structure and processes for multiple compensation plans and products
- Document and communicating commission processes to team members
- Processing weekly and monthly commissions for the field sales force
- Resolve commission discrepancies and urgent commission needs
- All other commissions and related duties assigned
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or related experience
- Demonstrated Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Direct sales, commissions, financial services, or life insurance experience a plus
- SQL experience a plus
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
