Nerium is positioned for continued growth both domestically and internationally. Nerium is based in Addison, Texas with the basic functional areas including a call center in the corporate office.  We also have entities established in Mexico (2014), Canada (2014), South Korea (2015), Japan (2016) and Australia (2016) with plans to expand into multiple additional markets in 2017.

The Position

The position is a full-time position in the International Sales and Marketing Department of Nerium International, located in Addison, Texas.  The Global Sales Communications Specialist will be responsible for ensuring effective and accurate messaging to the Nerium field as well as strategize innovative and cost-effective ways to communicate in all countries in which Nerium International operates.  This role requires someone that is highly motivated, adaptable and has the capability to complete tasks and projects on time in an entrepreneurial environment. 

The role of the Global Sales Communications Specialist requires an ability to understand the strategic importance of Nerium’s field rhythm and then to support that rhythm from a messaging perspective.  The role is responsible for managing the editorial content / execution of messages through digital communication platforms to ensure consistent branding, voice and Brand Partner engagement.

Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of the Position

  • Position serves as critical lead for creating field sales communication content
  • Collaborate with Field Leadership, Marketing, Sales Support, Events & Creative Teams
  • Manage and maintain various communication platforms, including texts, emails, webinars, live and recorded calls
  • Responsible for maintaining up-to-date communication analytics and reporting
  • Generate timely and concise communications to stakeholders regarding project statuses and pending issues
  • Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and deadline-driven with a willingness to take ownership of tasks
  • All other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales or Marketing
  • Direct Selling/Network Marketing experience preferred
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite; Digital & Social Media platforms
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong commitment to provide quality work
  • Ability to work well under pressure of meeting tight deadlines with a positive attitude
  • Self-directed problem solver with a desire to contribute to the company’s success
  • Experience working with other cultures and countries is preferred
  • The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus but not required
