Sales Training Specialist

Nerium International has established a direct sales business model to provide their products to customers around the globe via thousands of direct sales Brand Partners. Nerium has experienced aggressive growth and success since its founding in 2011, and is positioned for continued growth both domestically and internationally. Nerium is based in Dallas, Texas with the corporate functional areas including a call center at the corporate headquarters. Nerium entities have been established in Mexico (2014), Canada (2014), South Korea (2015), Japan (2016) and Australia (2016), with plans to expand into multiple additional markets in 2017.
This position is a full-time position in the International Sales and Marketing Department of Nerium International, based in Addison, Texas. The role requires someone who is highly motivated, adaptable and is capable of completing tasks and projects on time. Must be a self-starter and have the confidence to take initiative when guidance may be limited. The individual will also need to be extremely flexible and be prepared to partner with internal business partners and international associates in a dynamic global environment.
The Sales Training Specialist is responsible for assisting with organizing field education projects and training events, and interacting with the field to coach trainers.
