The Company  

Nerium International has established a direct sales business model to provide their products to customers around the globe via thousands of direct sales Brand Partners which is part of the aggressive growth and success since its founding in 2011. Nerium is positioned for continued growth both domestically and internationally. Nerium is based in Dallas, Texas with the basic functional areas including a call center in the corporate office. We also have entities established in Mexico (2014), Canada (2014), Korea (2015), Japan and Australia (2016), Colombia and Hong Kong (2017).

The Position

Nerium International, LLC, a relationship marketing-based skincare company, in Addison (Dallas), TX is seeking a Social Content Developer

Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of Position

  • Research and identify upcoming trends and make recommendations based upon this
  • Identify emerging technologies and platforms, with an eye towards how our organization can utilize them
  • Use metrics to drive content decisions and share these insights with stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Curate and disseminate user-gen content
  • Create and manage editorial calendar
  • Produce copy for multiple social platforms
  • Collaborate with Creative team to produce graphic and video assets
  • Plan and produce monthly campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales and International teams to ensure their social objectives are met

Job Qualifications

  • Strong writing and comprehension a must, with the ability to write towards a brand’s voice.
  • At least three years of progressive responsibility in a social media position
  • Experience developing and executing social campaigns required
  • Experience developing social strategy required
  • Bilingual (Spanish) an asset
  • Direct sales experience useful
  • Not required, but helpful: sense of humor, ability to see the big picture, a passion for sharing knowledge and being creative in doing so.
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field, or similar work experience
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to triage priorities
