Senior Video Producer

The Company

The Position

Nerium International, LLC, a relationship marketing-based skincare company, in Addison (Dallas), TX is seeking a Senior Video Producer.  Have an elegant portfolio/reel that showcases fashion, skincare, beauty products and/or just overall high quality beautiful video work? Perfect! Because we’re seeking a passionate, highly skilled video producer to help take our video/photography team to the next level. The right candidate possesses a strong eye for beautiful imagery, a deep sense of story, and the technical skills to work efficiently and effectively within tight timeframes and budgets. If you are a hands-on kind of person that can oversee a wide variety of video and multimedia projects from concept through post-production, then you just may be the talented and experienced Sr. Video Producer we’re looking for.

This position will be responsible for creating innovative, progressive, visually compelling digital videos that will promote our brand through events, promotions and product launches. This candidate will be responsible for developing and executing all aspects of digital video production, including conceptualization of stories, field production, video/photo shooting and editing, and sound and motion graphics. While this job will require working with both in-house production capabilities and/or working with outside vendors, the majority of the work will all need to be carried out inhouse. This candidate will work in collaboration with our global marketing staff and manage a small team of photographers/editors while developing these engaging video experiences.

This position reports to the Creative Director.

Specific Accountabilities/Essential Functions of Position

  • Lead video projects. Develop all phases of production including creative development, pre-production, storyboarding, shooting, post-production, finishing/delivery. 
  • Concept, shoot, run sound, edit and produce video content. 
  • Deliver video projects on schedule and within budget. 
  • Effectively communicate ongoing project status with project manager, production team, creative director and project owners.
  • Manage and mentor skilled multimedia team
  • Develop and manage the company’s multimedia marketing strategy
  • Generate on-brand ideas that are within project scope, quickly and Effectively conceptualize and create high-end video/photography content for a variety of media and campaign platforms including all socials channels (Instagram, facebook, youtube, etc) and big company events in auditorium-like spaces.
  • Direct video/photo shoots, manage production schedules, coordinate resources
  • Source and manage vendors, contractors and freelancers
  • Manage budgets and aggressive timelines
  • Light, shoot, and direct video content using Canon and Panasonic camera systems. Coordinate regular system and equipment maintenance and upgrades, and oversee implementation of new technology
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and independently
  • Some travel for small and large onsite events required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Videography; Radio, Television, Film; Advertising; Communications; or a related field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 7+ years of demonstrable professional experience in videography, including concepting, editing and production.
  • Management experience essential
  • Critical to this position’s success is the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects with complete attention to detail
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Razor sharp attention to detail and excellent organization
  • Strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, demanding environment
  • Collaborative spirit; you will work with a range of creative styles and people
  • Exceptional creative skills and an eye for design and photography
  • Video directing experience, including lighting, green screen and set design
  • Ability to produce and lead presentations for executives
  • Can lead business and technical discussions and determine multimedia solutions
  • Experienced photographer 


  •  Adobe CC 2017 including: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Audition and Light Room
  • Strong knowledge of video codecs and output formats
  • Managing, shooting and editing video
  • Deep understanding of concept development, motion and storytelling
  • Digital Asset Management (DAM) knowledge for video assets
  • Shooting video with Canon and Sony in interviews and for B-roll/event coverage
  • A growing understanding of new trends, technologies, and techniques used in films and video production
